Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities & Daily TasksFront Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Mail & Courier Logistics: Organize incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Keep a record of dispatched items.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable throughout the day.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Supply Management: Monitor office stationery and pantry supplies, placing orders when stock is low.

Google Sheets & Data Management SkillsWe require the candidate to have a functional understanding of Google Sheets to assist with our inventory and sales tracking. Key requirements include:

  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintaining daily logs for Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and inward/outward stock with 100% accuracy.
  • Basic Formulas: Ability to use simple formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT) to keep track of total quantities and basic payment timelines.
  • Data Organization: Sorting and filtering large lists of articles (such as Jeans, Cargos, and Trousers) by style code or price range.
  • Reporting: Updating existing Pivot Tables to help identify best-selling items and stock levels.
  • File Management: Organizing shared folders and ensuring that all production and commission logs are updated in real-time.
