Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries through calling and WhatsApp communication
• Perform cold calling to generate new business opportunities
• Manage client data, including services, follow-ups, re-targeting, and messaging
• Schedule and manage appointments using calendar tools
• Maintain daily sales expense entries accurately
• Generate new leads through tie-ups, B2B connections, events, and referrals
• Update and manage records using CRM-based software
• Coordinate closely with the internal team for smooth sales operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with CRM software and digital tools
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Presentable personality with professional speech and dressing sense
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time management skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a trust-based role
• Ability to work closely with senior team members

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling
• Positive attitude with a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and handle daily sales activities independently
