Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception:

• Welcome students and visitors warmly at the yoga hub
• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide complete details about yoga classes, batches, fees, and schedules
• Maintain front desk discipline and a positive studio atmosphere
• Manage student attendance and basic record-keeping
• Handle fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain payment records

Telecalling & Inquiry Handling:

• Call incoming leads and inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins
• Explain yoga programs clearly (Beginners, Weight Loss, Pregnancy Yoga, Therapeutic, etc.)
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain daily call logs, inquiry sheets, and follow-up records

Administrative Support:

• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batch timings and student updates
• Assist in promotions, offers, and special events
• Manage WhatsApp messages and respond to student queries professionally
• Support basic office work as required
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in Basic English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Pleasant personality with customer-friendly approach
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in telecalling, reception, or fitness/yoga industry is an advantage
