Receptionist Job DescriptionA Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

• ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area so it is tidy and presentable.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail or deliveries.

• RequirementsProven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role (preferred).
