Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a visitor log and manage access control for guests.
  • Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
  • Manage front office stationery, courier services, and housekeeping coordination.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are neat, presentable, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Support HR or Admin departments with clerical duties as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company decorum at all times.
