Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a visitor log and manage access control for guests.
- Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
- Manage front office stationery, courier services, and housekeeping coordination.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are neat, presentable, and well-maintained.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Support HR or Admin departments with clerical duties as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company decorum at all times.
