Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage our front office operations. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, responsible, and able to handle day-to-day office coordination smoothly.

• Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional reception area
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Provide basic information about services to walk-in clients
• Manage daily appointments and maintain visitor records
• Assist in filing, documentation, and basic admin tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams for client follow-ups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Handle incoming/outgoing couriers or documents
• Guide clients to relevant departments or team members
