Job Description
The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, managing schedules, and performing various administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting Visitors:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
2. Telephone and Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage emails and correspondences.
- Respond to inquiries and provide general information about the organization.
3. Administrative Support:
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
4. Clerical tasks:
- Assist in data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Maintain office security by following procedures (e.g., issuing visitor badges).
5. Customer Service:
- Address visitor or client concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure a positive experience for all visitors, clients, and employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).

Education and Experience:
