Recovery Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a Recovery / Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding dues from customers in a timely and professional manner. The candidate will be responsible for follow-ups, payment collection, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, messages, and personal visits (if required).
• Collect outstanding amounts and ensure timely recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Educate customers about payment schedules and company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly recovery reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct while dealing with customers.
• Meet assigned monthly recovery targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in recovery/collection will be an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Experience in NBFC, Banking, Finance, Real Estate, or Loan Recovery.

Knowledge of local areas and customer handling.
