Job Profile: 

• Sourcing potential candidates from Job Portals and social Media. 
• Coordinate with candidates over the Phone & Mail. 
• Maintain candidate's track record  
• Interview Coordination. 
• Documentation & MIS Reports 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Any Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
• Good communication skills. 
• Good interpersonal skills. 
• Good decision-making skills. 
• Confident and pleasant personality. 
• Well-organized.
