Working Days: 5 Days (Mon–Fri)

Shift Timing:

• 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Summer)
• 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Winter)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for candidates who have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the international healthcare recruitment domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Nurses and Heath care assistants via phone and email.
• Understand job requirements and source the right candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and documentation.
• Coordinate interviews and handle follow-ups.
• Assist senior recruiters with daily recruitment activities.
• Represent the organization professionally when dealing with clients and candidates.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• Good English communication skills.
• Smart, proactive, and quick to learn.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Confidence and clarity in verbal communication.
