Job Summary:

HRFLy is a job placement consultancy in Ahmedabad, and we are seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and sourcing top talent, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying candidates to negotiating offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for our clients.

Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Screen and interview potential candidates, assessing their qualifications, skills, and fit for the job.

Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring their recruitment requirements are met.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our recruitment database.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of various recruitment tools and techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required.
