Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed), social media, references, and internal database.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (MBA/HR preferred).
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (Consultancy experience preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
