Job Description

The Regional Manager – Franchise Development will be responsible for expanding the company’s franchise network within the assigned region. The role includes identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners, as well as recruiting, appointing, and monitoring Area Sales Managers (ASMs) on an area-wise basis to achieve regional growth targets.

### *Key Responsibilities*


#### *Franchise Development & Expansion*


* Plan and execute regional franchise expansion strategies in line with company objectives.

* Identify potential franchise partners through market research, leads, and networking.

* Conduct franchise presentations, negotiations, and closure of franchise agreements.

* Ensure timely onboarding, training, and activation of new franchise partners.

* Monitor franchise performance and ensure adherence to brand standards and SOPs.


#### *ASM Appointment & Management*


* Recruit, appoint, and deploy Area Sales Managers (ASMs) area-wise as per regional requirements.

* Define territories, targets, and KPIs for ASMs.

* Provide regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews to ASMs.

* Track ASM productivity, franchise acquisition, and revenue performance.

* Take corrective actions to improve underperforming areas.


#### *Sales & Revenue Growth*


* Achieve regional franchise sales and revenue targets.

* Support ASMs and franchise partners in local marketing and lead-generation activities.

* Develop district-wise and city-wise expansion plans.

* Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and expansion reports.


#### *Coordination & Compliance*


* Act as a key liaison between Head Office, ASMs, and franchise partners.

* Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational guidelines.

* Handle escalations, franchise issues, and conflict resolution professionally.
