As the Regional Manager for Retail Institutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to enhance our market presence and client base. You will lead a team of professionals, providing strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our institutional clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining our reputation as a leading financial institution.

• Lead and manage the Retail Institutions team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the region.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated financial solutions to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on institutional business.
• Proven track record of successful business development and relationship management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Deep understanding of financial products and services, especially those relevant to institutional clients.
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
