Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement, and compliance.

2. Assess training needs and provide structured learning interventions for retail teams.

3. Monitor effectiveness of training through feedback and performance tracking.

4. Partner with business teams to ensure consistent implementation of learning standards.

Desired Profile:

1. 1–3 years of experience in retail training / learning & development.

2. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to handle multiple locations and willing to travel within the region.
