Relationship Executive (Male/Female Candidates) - (4 Openings)

Relationship Manager (Male/Female Candidates) - (2 Openings)

Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid Working Model)

Working Model (Hybrid System)

Monday to Friday: Work-from-home / Field work directly in the market. (10AM to 7:30PM)

Saturday (Second Half Only): Mandatory office visit for Reporting & Weekly Meeting. (10AM to 7:30PM)

Sunday: Weekly off.


Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and confident FEMALE candidates for the roles of Relationship Executive and Relationship Manager to develop and maintain business relationships with:


Architects

MEP Consultants

Real Estate Developers / Builders

Project Management Teams

The goal is to generate business opportunities and promote our Fire Safety solutions in ongoing and upcoming projects.



Key Responsibilities (Common for Both Positions)

Business Development

Identify, connect, and build professional relationships with architects, consultants, and real estate developers.

Promote Safety World–SafeZone products and solutions for upcoming and ongoing projects.

Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, introduce products, and explore collaboration opportunities.



Client Coordination

Maintain continuous communication with clients for proposals, quotations, technical details, compliance requirements, and project documentation.

Follow up with clients for tender requirements, BOQs, certifications, and approvals.



Market Intelligence

Gather updates on new construction projects.

Suggest new strategies to improve brand presence in the market.



Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and share daily client visit reports.

Present weekly performance updates every Saturday at the office.



Additional Responsibilities (As per Position)

Appointment scheduling, and maintaining client databases.

Assist the Relationship Manager in preparing proposals and follow-ups.

Lead business development initiatives and independently manage client accounts.

Attend high-level meetings with senior architects & consultants.

Achieve sales targets and guide Relationship Executives when required.



Skills & Qualifications

✔ Female candidates only

✔ Minimum Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

✔ Strong communication & presentation skills

✔ Confident personality and professional attitude

✔ Ability to travel within city/region for client meetings

✔ Knowledge of fire safety industry (preferred but not mandatory)

✔ Ability to work independently under hybrid model

✔ Good command over MS Office & reporting skills



Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & position)
