Job Title: Relationship Manager – Customer Handling

Department: Sales / Customer Service

Location: Ahemdabad, Mehasana, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar & Anand

Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Summary:The Relationship Manager – Customer Handling will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves understanding client needs, providing appropriate solutions, resolving issues, and promoting products/services to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling all inquiries and service requests.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure trust, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions or products.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
  • Monitor client accounts and proactively address potential risks or dissatisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer dealings.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in customer relationship management, client servicing, or account management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
