• Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Generate insurance sales through calls and field activities
• Recruit and support new team members
• Assist in team building and performance management
• Conduct follow-ups and provide after-sales support
• Meet sales and business targets
• Eligibility Criteria:Age: 21 – 50 years
• Gender: Open to all
• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months (sales/insurance preferred)
• Languages Required: Gujarati, Hindi
