Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Wealth Manager to manage and grow relationships with HNI and affluent clients. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and generating revenue through wealth management products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI / affluent clients.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client investment and wealth advisory. 
  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
  • Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Grow the Assets Under Management (AUM) and Total Relationship Value (TRV).
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for wealth products. 

Recommend products such as:

  • Mutual Funds
  • Insurance
  • PMS / AIF
  • Equity & Derivatives
  • Fixed income products. 
  • Portfolio Monitoring
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide timely investment insights.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly. 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Commerce or related field
  • NISM certification preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3– 6 years of experience in Wealth Management / Banking / Broking / Financial Advisory.

Skills:

  • Strong client acquisition and networking skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent communication and relationship management
  • Sales and negotiation ability. 

Preferred Background

  • Experience handling HNI or Ultra HNI clients
  • Existing client network in Ahmedabad / Gujarat market
  • Experience in mutual fund distribution, insurance, or equity advisory.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

No cap on incentives for high performers.
