Research Analyst – Executive hiring

Responsibilities

• Work with executive hiring cluster lead to create and execute sourcing strategy to meet hiring demands of Energy & Utility cluster.
• The ideal candidate should have a good demeanor and experience in Head hunting, Market mapping, direct sourcing techniques for leadership hiring.
• Conduct thorough market mapping to identify potential talent for leadership positions in Adani across different organizations in the Energy & Utility cluster.
• Evaluate potential candidates for their fitment to the role.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand business landscape
• Gather and analyze market data which can provide insights and support decision-making.
• Build a good network and pipeline of candidates in Energy & Utility cluster
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings on industry and talent availability and share recommendations to senior management
• Step up for cluster lead in his/her absence.
• Documentation and compliance management as per the process

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Executive Search firm
• Good expertise in sourcing, pipelining and market mapping for leadership roles.
• Experience in sourcing profiles from direct sourcing channels like job boards, social media platforms etc.

Education Qualification

• Any Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree
