Reservation Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage table bookings, guest inquiries, and reservation coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth reservation handling, maximize table utilization, and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all table reservations via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.

• Maintain and update the reservation system accurately.

• Confirm bookings and manage special requests (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP guests).

• Coordinate with restaurant floor managers to optimize table allocation.

• Manage waitlists and ensure efficient guest flow during peak hours.

• Provide clear information about menu, timings, policies, and special events.

• Handle cancellations, modifications, and no-shows professionally.

• Maintain guest database and record preferences for personalized service.

• Assist in promotional campaigns and special event bookings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or restaurant reservations preferred.
