Position: Restaurant Captain

Department: Food & Beverage Service

• Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (HM) or Hospitality Management
• Relevant experience in food & beverage service preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure high standards of food presentation, service quality, and guest satisfaction
• Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and handle special requests professionally
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages
• Guide and train wait staff on service procedures, hygiene, and grooming standards
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and escalate issues when required
• Monitor table turnover, reservations, and smooth flow of service
• Ensure cleanliness, adherence to safety & hygiene standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
• Prepare shift reports and assist in inventory control when required

Experience more then 5years in a similar role in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant (preferred)
