Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service & Experience - Welcome and seat guests professionally.
• Explain menu items, recommend dishes, and assist with order taking.
• Ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages.
• Check table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness.
• Train new staff and maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth operations.
• Present bills and handle payments correctly.
• Maintain sales records and service reports if required.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
