Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Greet guests warmly and answer basic questions about menu items or promotions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
- Transaction Management
- Operate the cash register or POS system to process orders and payments.
- Handle cash, credit cards, mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Ensure accurate cash drawer balancing at the start and end of shifts.
- Order Coordination
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff.
- Package takeout orders and ensure accuracy before handing them to customers.
- Compliance & Cleanliness
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep the cashier station clean and organized.
