Resume Expert

Job Responsibilities

• Resume Expert (US IT Staffing)Review and analyze IT candidates’ resumes
• (1–5 years experience) to ensure alignment with current US IT market requirements.
• Rewrite and optimize resumes according to US resume standards and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) guidelines.
• Highlight candidates technical skills, project experience, and tools to match client job requirements.
• Work closely with IT candidates and recruiters to gather accurate project details, technologies, and responsibilities.
• Customize resumes for different IT roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, QA Tester, Data Analyst, DevOps Engineer, and other technologies.
• Ensure resumes include proper formatting, strong bullet points, and impactful technical summaries.
• Identify missing technical information and guide candidates to improve resume quality.
• Maintain updated knowledge of US IT job market trends, technologies, and required skill sets.
• Support the bench sales and recruitment team by preparing marketing-ready resumes for client submissions.
• Ensure all resumes are error-free, professional, and client-ready before submission.
• Maintain a database of candidate profiles and updated resumes for quick access.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of US IT technologies and job roles
• Understanding of ATS resume optimization
• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Ability to understand technical projects and tools
• Experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales environment preferred
