Job Description

 Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing jewellery, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a luxurious and memorable experience for every visitor.


  • 💼 Key Responsibilities🔹 Customer Engagement & SalesGreet customers warmly and professionally when they enter the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences through active listening and probing.
  • Recommend jewellery pieces (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.) that match customer requirements.
  • Present product features, craftsmanship details, gemstones, purity, and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrate jewellery to customers and explain design, quality, and value.


  • 🔹 Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer follow-ups, and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • 🔹 Product Knowledge & Store MaintenanceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, collections, promotions, and pricing.
  • Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Keep merchandise clean and secure according to store protocols.
  • 🔹 Customer Service & Relationship BuildingProvide personalized recommendations that build trust and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Follow up with customers post-visit to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • 📌 Required Skills & Qualifications🔹 EssentialMinimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or jewellery industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for building relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • 🔹 Desired SkillsKnowledge of gemstones, gold purity (karat), diamond grading basics would be an advantage.
  • Confidence in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Basic computer skills (billing, inventory tools).
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
