Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell Wow Nandi products at the assigned Gawrath location.
2. Approach customers proactively and explain product benefits, usage, and pricing.
3. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
4. Maintain accurate daily sales reporting and submit reports on time.
5. Handle cash, UPI, and digital payments responsibly with zero discrepancy.
6. Ensure proper stock management and inform the supervisor for timely refilling.
7. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards of the Gawrath cart.
8. Follow attendance, reporting, grooming, and work discipline strictly.
9. Represent Wow Nandi with professional conduct and positive customer interaction.
10. Immediately report any misconduct, loss, short sales, or operational issues to the reporting manager.
11. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and special sales drives as directed.
12. Adhere strictly to the company’s policies, ethics, and code of conduct.

• Required Skills & Eligibility: Minimum basic education (12th or Graduate pass preferred)
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Sales or retail experience is an added advantage
• Honest, disciplined, and target-driven personality
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in shift timing
