Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations across our product categories including mobile phones, home décor items, and gift articles.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer ServiceGreet customers warmly and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, home décor items, and gift articles.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Product & Store ManagementMaintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
- Ensure proper pricing, tagging, and labelling of all items.
- Stay updated with product trends, new launches, and competitor offerings.
- Billing & ReportsHandle billing through POS accurately.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
