• Achieve high-value sales targets by providing an expert, consultative sales experience for premium and luxury mattresses, bedding, and sleep accessories.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis with customers to understand sleep habits, health concerns, and comfort preferences (e.g., firmness, material, temperature).
• Product Education: Master and articulate complex product knowledge, including materials (memory foam, latex, coil counts), sleep science, and warranty/trial period details.
• In-Store/Showroom Experience: Deliver exceptional, low-pressure customer experience to guide clients through demonstrations and product testing.
• Revenue & Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and Average Order Value (AOV) goals for luxury items.
• Client Relationship: Manage long-term client relationships and generate referrals through proactive post-sale follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.

✅ Essential Requirements

• Experience: Proven sales experience, highly preferred in luxury retail, high-end furniture, or premium home goods where product knowledge is key.
• Customer Focus: Superior communication, empathy, and active listening skills to build trust with discerning clients.
• Product Acumen: The ability to quickly learn and passionately explain the technical specifications and health benefits of premium bedding.
• Attitude: Professional demeanour, high self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset focused on quality service and high-ticket sales.
