Responsibilities:જવાબદારીઓ:Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products based on their needs.Promote sales by suggesting complementary products.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.Process billing efficiently using POS systems and ensure accurate cash handling.Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations.Assist in organizing in-store events or promotional activities.

:જવાબદારીઓ :-ગ્રાહકોને ઉષ્માભેર નમસ્કાર કરો અને તેમની જરૂરિયાતોને આધારે ઉત્પાદનો શોધવામાં મદદ કરો.પૂરક ઉત્પાદનો સૂચવીને વેચાણને પ્રોત્સાહન આપો.સ્ટોક લેવલની દેખરેખ રાખો અને સમયસર ફરી ભરવાની ખાતરી કરો.ખાતરી કરો કે સ્ટોર સ્વચ્છ, વ્યવસ્થિત અને દૃષ્ટિની આકર્ષક છે.POS સિસ્ટમનો ઉપયોગ કરીને અસરકારક રીતે બિલિંગની પ્રક્રિયા કરો અને ચોક્કસ રોકડ હેન્ડલિંગની ખાતરી કરો.સરળ કામગીરી સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે સ્ટોર ટીમ સાથે નજીકથી કામ કરો.ઇન-સ્ટોર ઇવેન્ટ્સ અથવા પ્રમોશનલ પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું આયોજન કરવામાં સહાય કરો.

job timings - 9am to 7pm shift or 12pm to 9pm shift

week off - 4 in a month

extra pay (incentive) for target completion
