Retail Sales Executive (FMCG)

Job Description – Sales OfficerLocation: AhmedabadEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our retail and distribution network.

1. Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
2. Visit retail outlets and distributors regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and order placement.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
4. Identify and onboard new outlets to expand market presence.
5. Execute marketing and promotional activities effectively in the assigned territory.
6. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
7. Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales transactions, and customer feedback.
8. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
9. Prepare and submit timely sales reports and updates to management.

• Requirements:HSC / 12th / Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Thorough knowledge of the city.
• Two-wheeler is compulsory.
• Salary:₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month (For Freshers)
• For experienced candidates, salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
