Job Description
The Retail Counter Executive will greet customers and assist them at the store counter.
Understand customer needs and explain products clearly in simple language.
Help customers choose the right product based on comfort, size, and budget.
Handle billing, payments, and invoice generation accurately.
Maintain daily sales records and counter reports.
Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for order completion.
