Job Description

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive monthly and annual sales goals while improving KPIs such as conversion rate, ATV, and UPT.
  • Deliver Premium Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional in-store service, handle customer concerns, and build long-term relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Lead & Motivate Team: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; conduct daily briefings and monitor individual performance.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, audits, and minimize shrinkage or losses.
  • Store Operations Management: Manage billing, cash handling, POS systems, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards: Maintain GIVA’s display guidelines, store cleanliness, and premium brand presentation.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and analyze performance to implement improvement strategies.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and maintain security protocols for high-value jewelry items.
