Job Description

Revenue Management Strategy:


  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and guest booking patterns to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize revenue management software and tools to forecast demand and optimize pricing.

Distribution Channel Management:


  • Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs), booking platforms, and other distribution channels.
  • Negotiate contracts and commission rates to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Implement strategies to drive direct bookings through the hotel’s website and loyalty programs.

Listing Optimization:


  • Create and maintain property listings with engaging descriptions, high-quality photos, and accurate details.
  • Optimize listings for search visibility and conversion to maximize bookings.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional offers to attract guests and maximize occupancy.

Channel Management:


  • Manage listings across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Monitor guest reviews and ratings to improve listing performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and guest feedback.

Performance Analysis:


  • Analyze booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue performance.
  • Generate reports and insights to track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase booking conversion rates and revenue per booking.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners or managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to property owners on optimizing listings and managing bookings.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research and Strategy Development:


  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance listing visibility and attract target audiences.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
