Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through online searches, social media platforms, referrals, and other relevant sources.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on their needs, budget, and level of interest to determine their potential as customers.
- Sales Presentations: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and video conferencing to present product features and benefits and drive purchasing decisions.
- Deal Negotiation: Work with customers to finalize pricing and payment terms that meet their requirements while aligning with company objectives.
- Sales Closure: Complete sales agreements, provide necessary customer support, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and monitor sales activities, maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and consistently achieve targets.
- Product Knowledge Management: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitor offerings to effectively inform and influence customers.
