Sales And Customer Support Executive(ERP)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the construction and machinery segment and selling ORECS ERP on a machine-based model. The role includes requirement analysis, deal closure, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team, and supporting renewals and expansions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new customers in construction and machinery segment for ORECS ERP
• Sell ERP subscriptions based on number of machines onboarded
• Understand customer needs and conduct requirement analysis
• Ensure requirement-fit solution proposal and quality deal closure
• Maximize machines per customer and drive expansion in existing accounts
• Coordinate smooth handover to implementation/service team after closure
• Support renewals, upsells, and expansions to improve retention

Skills & Competencies

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of ERP / SaaS selling
• Ability to understand customer workflows and convert them into requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Preferred QualificationGraduate / MBA preferred
• 1–3 years experience in ERP/SaaS/B2B sales preferred
• Experience in construction, machinery, rental, fleet, or industrial domain is an advantage
