Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc Agriculture preferred)

• Job Responsibilities:Promote and sell company products such as seeds, fertilizers, and agricultural inputs.
• Visit farmers, distributors, and dealers in assigned territories.
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct field demonstrations and product awareness programs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in agricultural sales or marketing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
• Knowledge of local agriculture market is an advantage.
