Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Mapping and managing Key Accounts, including government segments (e.g., PWD, NBCC) or large EPC/MEP contractors.
- Consultative Selling: Understanding customer needs to provide tailored lighting solutions (systems & services).
- Pipeline Management: Using CRM systems to track opportunities, ensure accurate forecasting, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Project/Distribution Management: Coordinating with internal teams (Product Marketing, Supply Chain) for timely project execution or managing sales-out at distributors.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record (often 3+ years) in B2B project consultative selling.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lighting technologies and, typically, a B.E./B.Tech degree.
