Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable products and explain features & benefits
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Handle billing through POS system and manage cash transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock levels and report inventory requirements
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Support promotional activities and in-store offers
