Job Description

Role Objective

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating internal departments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and sales executives to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales SupportReceive and manage sales inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, Google Ads, email, and calls
  • Assign leads to the sales team and follow up on lead status
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM (Odoo preferred)
  • Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with production, dispatch, service, and accounts teams
  • Track order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payment status
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers and sales managers
  • Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily inquiry and follow-up reports
  • Update sales pipeline, order status, and pending actions
  • Assist in preparing sales MIS reports for management
  • Customer SupportRespond to customer queries regarding product details, pricing, delivery, and documentation
  • Support after-sales communication and service coordination
  • Ensure professional and timely communication with clients
  • Marketing & Online Support (Optional but Preferred)Assist in updating website content, product listings, and social media coordination
  • Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead campaigns



  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate / Diploma (Commerce, Management, or Engineering preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in sales coordination or sales support
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, Email drafting
  • Experience in industrial machinery / manufacturing is an advantage
