Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The role primarily involves order punching, back-office follow-ups with customers, coordination work, and other computer-based tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, Good English communication abilities, and a proactive approach to work.

• Key Responsibilities: Order Follow up and Order Processing.
• Handle back-office follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain and update records, documents, and reports.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.
• Assist in general administrative and office support tasks.
• Ensure proper communication and documentation for smooth workflow.
• Requirements:Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry, etc.).
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
