Sales Co-ordinator

• Handle sales documentation, quotations, and correspondence• Process and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery• Maintain and update customer and sales data records• Prepare and share regular sales reports with management• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and inventory teams• Respond to client inquiries and assist in resolving issues• Support the sales team in achieving targets and smooth workflow• Experience in sales coordination or sales support role• Strong communication and organizational skills• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / ERP software• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Good customer service and relationship management skills• Attention to detail and data accuracy• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
