Position Details·       

• Role: Sales Coordinator / Back Office Executive
• ·       Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any stream)
• ·       Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
• ·       Job Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

 Job Responsibility: ·       

1. Lead and oversee all End to end operational activities

·       2. Provide leadership and direction to all operational departments and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation throughout the organization

·       3. Manage multiple teams or departments and be their reporting authority within the organization

·       4. Collaborate with Company leadership to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

·       5. Define and monitor departmental performance metrics like KRA and KPI for all departments, identifying areas for improvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

·       6. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

·       7. Oversee and manage the entire CRM of the company. to ensure that they are used effectively by all relevant departments.
