Job Description – Sales Co-Ordinator

Position: Sales Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
• Coordinate between sales team, customers, and internal departments (logistics, finance, production)
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports (MIS)
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow up with clients for orders and payments
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate when required

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and office tools
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
• Good follow-up and organizational skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role (preferred)
