We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating sales activities, including preparing quotes and proposals, following up with customers, and managing customer relationships.
Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and order information.
Working closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that sales goals are achieved.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
