Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert sales leads through showroom walk-ins, field activities, referrals, and digital platforms
• Sell 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicles, with a strong focus on Hyundai passenger vehicles
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and explain features, pricing, financing, and insurance options
• Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups using CRM systems
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth delivery
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up for customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends
• Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in 2W / 3W / 4W automobile sales
• Strong understanding of the automotive market and customer buying behavior
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
