Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotation preparation, follow-ups, documentation, and MIS. The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, distributors, sales executives and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, proposals, and product datasheets as per customer requirements.

Coordinate with sales engineers for lead status, visit updates and order follow-ups.

Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.

Follow up with customers/distributors for payments, documents and pending quotations.

Coordinate with production and service teams for order status, dispatch and installation schedules.

Support the sales team with CRM entries, documentation, and communication.

Maintain customer databases, price lists and contract files.

Assist in preparing tenders, GEM documentation or project submissions (when required).

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or inside sales.

Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati).

Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).

Ability to work with accuracy, deadlines and multiple tasks.

Experience in an electrical / industrial / manufacturing company is an added advantage.

Fast learner with a positive and supportive attitude.
