Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to build and manage our network of Channel Partners (CPs). You will be responsible for recruiting new partners, driving sales through them, and handling the backend operations on the National Portal for Solar.

Key Responsibilities:

* Channel Partner Development: Identify and recruit new Channel Partners (Electricians, Contractors, Freelancers) to expand our sales network.

* Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing them with price lists, marketing material, and sales support.

* Sales Growth: Motivate partners to generate leads and close deals to meet monthly targets.

* Portal Operations: Handle the complete documentation and application process on the National Portal for Solar for all partner-generated cases.

* Reporting: Track partner performance and report weekly sales data to management.

* Skills:

* Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

* Good command over MS Excel and Government Portals.

* Understanding of the Solar Subsidy process.

* Self-starter with the ability to work without constant supervision.
