• Customer Support/Customer Services – Feedback/Follow ups
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Manage Inquiry from the Online Social Media, India Mart, Trade India, Just Dial
• Quotation Proposal Email, Follow ups, Generate Leads and closed the Sales Cold Calling,
• Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
• Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
