Job Description
- 1. Sales & Order CoordinationProcess sales orders, quotations, and proposals
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery of solar products (modules, inverters, etc.)
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- 2. Customer HandlingCommunicate with customers for inquiries, updates, and support
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship management
- 3. Internal CoordinationAct as a bridge between sales, technical, and operations teams
- Coordinate with EPC teams, installers, and distributors
- Support sales team in achieving targets and closing deals
- 4. Documentation & CompliancePrepare invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents
- Maintain CRM data and customer database
- Ensure compliance with GST, contracts, and company policies
- 5. Reporting & MISPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track sales performance, dispatch status, and collections
- Assist in forecasting and pipeline management
